SHEPHERDS PIE


1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1 medium onion (or to taste)
2 cups mixed veggies (or veggies you like)
1 cup beef gravy


Pour into a casserole dish, top with mashed potatoes and cheese.
Bake at 400 degrees for approx. 30 minutes.


This is a good dish to use left over roast and potatoes on.
Just replace the ground beef with your roast :)
