Chicken In Foil


1 sm Green bell pepper; chopped
1 1/2 sm Red bell pepper; chopped
10 Mushrooms; chopped
4 Chicken breast; halved
1 cn Pineapple slices; 8oz
1 ts Butter or margarine
Garlic powder, salt and/or pepper to taste
4 16-inch squares aluminum foil


Divide the peppers and mushrooms into four equal parts.
Coat a small area in the center of the foil with butter or margarine. Place a portion of peppers and mushrooms on the greased area of foil.
Top with a chicken breast and a pineapple slice. Season with garlic powder, salt and pepper.
and soft to touch for about 10 Minutes
Fold foil securely and check for leaks. Place on coals for 10 to 15 minutes per side. Makes about 4 servings.
