CHICKEN CORDON BLEU


6 boneless chicken breasts
6 slices of ham
6 slices of swiss cheese
2 eggs, beaten
1/4 cup milk
1 1/2 cups itailian bread crumbs (any kind will work)


Place 1 slice of ham and 1 slice of cheese on top of a flattened chicken breast
(I beat mine flat with a meat hammer)
Roll and secure with a toothpick.
Repeat with remaining chicken.
Dip chicken in egg, then milk.
Roll in bread crumbs.
Brown in butter in pan on stovetop.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes
